Description

Proclivity Systems seeks a Project Manager.

This Project Manager will be a team leader that will be responsible for projects within a larger piece of Proclivity Systems business. This Project Manager will ensure projects are efficiently executed by creating solid project plans, budgets, schedules, risk plans, etc.

Proclivity enables online retailers to execute revenue-generating, direct marketing campaigns based on individual consumer valuations and forecasted willingness to buy. Proclivity gathers all of a retailer's consumer data into its unique Consumer Behavior Bank®, scoring each consumer and generating individual valuations by product or service.  The retailer's, marketers and merchandisers use this information to drive highly targeted campaigns through multiple consumer-contact channels, with success metrics in excess of 20% revenue lift and 300% ROI. The Proclivity platform helps retailers retain existing customers and acquire new ones.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates all project deliverables to ensure team is staying on track with deliverables
  • Develops resource plans by working with capability project leaders to ensure appropriate resources are in place throughout each project
  • Proactively adjusts projects and resources as appropriate in accordance with scope
  • Proactively identifies opportunities to adjust processes for efficiencies, engages the appropriate stake holds prior to making any major changes
  • Incorporates quality control processes into each project – i.e. testing, proofreading
  • Produces top down and bottom up project schedules/plans, risk plans, communication plans, etc. using the correct tools that accurately reflect the scope of work while always considering client delivery expectations
  • Develops status reports and leads status meetings
  • Manages change request process – identification and documentation of a change in scope
  • Guide strategy and teams to maximize productivity

 Qualifications

  • 4-6 years of professional project management experience
  • Able to manage all levels of projects from simple to complex
  • Able to develop detailed work breakdown structures
  • Advanced Microsoft Project and Excel ability
  • Understands Web technologies
  • Professional presentation, training and client facing skills
  • Effective negotiation and conflict management skills
  • Expressive and communicative written and verbal skills required
